What would you do working in this role?
- This is a learning while working job!
- Assist in fabrication and installation of sheet metal fittings
- Work with Journeymen to construct fabrications from customer drawings (involves custom fabricated items)
- cutting, measuring, assembling, insulating, etc.
- Assist with building maintenance (sweeping, shop clean up, organizing shop, etc.)
- Grinding
- Loading/unloading vehicles
- Learn the entry level parts of a skilled trades job from people who are doing the job! Hands on!
- If you're working as a Youth Apprentice, you'd be working during school hours AND earning credit!
- If you like it, start working on a plan for a full-time role after graduation
- Earn while you learn! $16/hour What skills do you need?
- Be dependable and punctual

- Follow directions
- Have strong math competency
- Have strong reading comprehension
- Be a High School Student
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have a valid WI Driver’s License
