What would you do working in this role?

• You would have the chance to work in a variety of welding techniques (Mig, Tig, STICK and Laser) 
• You'd have the chance to do some equipment maintenance 
• Read and comprehend construction drawings and specs 
• Mentor coworkers to enhance their skill sets 
• Partner with other crews and their lead people (if off-site) 

• Experience in multiple welding techniques (Tig, Mig, STICK, Laser) 
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to meet production deadlines 
• Technical degree in welding OR 3+ years welding experience
